About Kent Property Renovations
A Maidstone-based renovation business run by Tim, a skilled tradesman with over 20 years’ experience and an obsessive eye for detail.
One Tradesman, Start to Finish
Tim has been trading as Kent Property Renovations since 2010 (incorporated in 2012), and it all began with carpentry. Over more than 20 years, Tim has added plumbing, tiling, bathroom and kitchen fitting and decorating, so he can take a renovation from bare walls to the finished room himself.
That’s still how we work. You deal with the same person from the first visit to the final clean-up. There are no salespeople and no subcontractor chains, just honest advice, clear pricing and a finish we’re proud to put our name to.
It’s why clients come back. Some have used us on their homes and properties for more than ten years.
